Subinchiriez apartamant 3 1/2  pentru 2 luni cu posibilitate de prelungire bail. Apartamentul este in bloc de beton, etajul 2, concierge roman, cartier linistit (Van Horne & Northcrest Place).  Aproape de magazine Metro, Maxi, etc, statii de metrou Outremont (linia albastra) si Plamondon (linia portocalie), autobuze 161 , 129 spre downtown.
Chiria include frigider, aragaz, caldura, apa calda, electricitate.
